Cancellation Policy

 

At Kerbside Hire, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fair and smooth operations, please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Notice:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time in order to qualify for a full refund (excluding any processing fees).
• If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, no refund will be issued.

2. How to Cancel:

• Cancellations can be made by contacting us directly on 01745 356135 . Please include your booking reference number, the name on the reservation, and the date of the scheduled pick-up.

3. No-Show or Late Cancellation:

• If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time or cancel within 48 hours of the booking, the full hire fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

4. Exceptions:

• In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may be able to offer alternative solutions or reschedule your booking, at our discretion.
